How to choose a hydraulic part
For pumps and valves, the exact machine model is what matters — check the compatibility on the product page. When replacing a pump or dismantling the circuit, always also replace the seals and O-rings of that joint.

What to watch out for
- Cleanliness. Dirt in the hydraulics destroys both the pump and the valves. Work cleanly during repairs and replace the hydraulic filter.
- Slow or jerky lifting often means a worn pump, a clogged filter or air being drawn in through a leaking joint.
- Never loosen pressurised hoses while the engine is running. Oil escaping under pressure is dangerous.
