A loader fundamentally changes how useful the machine is: you can handle bales, manure, gravel, sand and pallets with a single machine. We manufacture the loaders ourselves, so we tailor each set directly to the specific tractor and you do not have to worry about compatibility between brands.

How to choose a set with a loader
What matters is the weight of the tractor, not just its power. The loader lifts the load in front of the front axle, so a light machine lifts at the rear with a full bucket and loses steering control. That is why we recommend heavier machines for loader sets — in our range they start at 870 kg, but for regular work with bales and manure a sensible minimum is around 1,200 kg.
The second thing is hydraulics. The loader needs sufficient flow so that lifting is not slow. For the machines in this category this is taken care of, because we build the sets ourselves.

What to watch out for
- Counterweight. When working with a full bucket you need ballast at the rear — a mounted implement or a weight. Without it the rear axle lifts.
- Quick release. Check how quickly the loader can be removed. If you do not use it every day, you will want to detach it.
- Bucket versus forks. A bucket for bulk materials, pallet forks for pallets and bales — you will find these in the front loader attachments category.
- Front tyres wear faster with a loader. Allow for this when planning maintenance.

Can a loader be fitted to a tractor that does not have one?
Yes, most of our machines are loader-ready and we handle the fitting. Call us on +420 737 875 828 and we will tell you whether a particular machine is suitable and what it involves.
What is the loader's lifting capacity?
It varies by set and is listed for each specific machine. In general, capacity increases with the weight of the tractor — a light machine cannot lift more than its own stability allows.
Do you make the loaders yourselves?
Yes. We manufacture TCM front loaders, including buckets and pallet forks, in our own workshop, building on more than ten years of experience in steel fabrication.
Can I try out a set?
Yes, at our premises at Smržov 61. We will demonstrate the machine and loader in operation and go through the controls. Call us in advance so we can have the set ready.
