Kubota GL Compact Tractors
The GL range is a popular Kubota range in our stock and also the widest: we offer machines from 23 to 60 hp, weighing 1,020 to 1,969 kg, priced from 219,000 to 559,000 CZK incl. VAT. The average price is around 279,000 CZK.
The GL is an all-rounder. It handles meadows, fields, orchards and forestry work, carries a front loader and heavier mounted implements, and the range covers everything from the smaller GL23 for a few hectares to the GL600 for year-round professional use. All machines are refurbished in our own workshop and come with a warranty on the engine and gearbox.

How to choose a model from the GL range
The number in the model name roughly indicates the power: the GL27 has 27 hp, the GL321 32 hp and the GL53 53 hp. By power, the range can be divided into three groups. The smaller models are enough to maintain a property of a few hectares, the mid-sized ones handle ordinary work on a smaller farm, and the most powerful are built for daily use all year round, for example in municipal technical services or at landscaping companies.
Most GL machines have selectable 4WD and 2WD. On roads and paved tracks you drive with rear-wheel drive only, sparing the front axle and tyres. In the field or on wet grass you engage front-wheel drive. Most models have a Category I three-point hitch; the most powerful machines have a Category I and II hitch.

What to watch out for
- The GL33 HighSpeed and GL268 Hi-Speed have a higher travel speed — ideal if you drive between plots on the road.
- Weight grows faster than power. The GL53 has twice the power of the GL27 but is also 400 kg heavier, which changes how it behaves on soft ground.
- A cab is only found on mid-sized GL models and above. If you want one, look in the compact tractors with cab category.
- A loader can also be fitted later — all machines are ready for it. Complete sets can be found in the with front loader category.
Frequently asked questions
Why is the GL such a popular range?
Because it covers the widest range of uses. One type of machine can mow meadows, plough smaller fields, work in an orchard and skid timber, across a power range of 23 to 60 hp. For most smallholders it is the only machine they need.
What is the difference between the GL and the KL?
The KL is built for tougher year-round use and every machine in our range has permanent 4WD. The GL offers a wider choice of power outputs and most models have selectable drive. For an ordinary smallholding, the GL is the more versatile choice.
What do designations like GL321 or GL467 mean?
They are Kubota type designations, where the first two digits roughly correspond to the power in hp — the GL321 has 32 hp, the GL467 forty-six. The last digit distinguishes the version and generation.
How many operating hours do the machines have?
It varies from machine to machine and the figure is always listed for each specific machine. Before sale, every machine is inspected and restored in our workshop, so the condition of the engine and hydraulics is verified.
