Kubota GB Compact Tractors
The GB range is the most compact Kubota in our stock — machines from 15 to 20 hp, weighing around 690 kg, priced from 169,000 to 189,000 CZK incl. VAT. All have all-wheel drive.
The GB is built for gardens, orchards and smaller plots of up to about two hectares. Its low weight means the machine will not damage a well-kept lawn and can drive between the trees in an orchard. Refurbishment takes place in our own workshop and the warranty on the engine and gearbox is one year.

Who the GB range is for
The GB is chosen by those who need a real tractor, but for a smaller area such as a garden, orchard, small meadow or the grounds of a cottage. Compared with ride-on garden mowers, the GB has a three-point hitch, a PTO shaft and hydraulics, so you can fit genuine mounted implements. Compared with the GL range, it is half the weight and turns better in tight spaces.
If you farm more than two hectares or plan forestry work, go for the GL range instead.

What to watch out for
- A weight of around 690 kg is both an advantage and a limit. The machine will not damage your lawn, but in wet terrain with heavier implements it slips.
- Choose implements in proportion. The GB suits lighter mounted implements — a flail mulcher with a smaller working width, a light log splitter, a small rotary tiller.
- A front loader is rather the exception in this class. If you need one, look in the with front loader category.
- A Category I three-point hitch means implements are readily available on the market.
Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between a GB and a garden tractor?
The GB is a fully fledged compact tractor with a three-point hitch, PTO shaft and hydraulics. A ride-on garden mower can basically only mow. Our garden tractors category partly overlaps with the GB — it contains the smallest machines, including some GBs.
Is a GB enough for a hectare of meadow?
Yes, with suitable implements. For mowing, mulching and lighter soil work, the GB is well suited to one to two hectares. Above two hectares, power and weight start to fall short.
Do all GBs have 4WD?
All the machines we currently have in stock do. It is always listed in the technical specifications of each specific machine.
Can a GB be used in an orchard between trees?
Yes, that is exactly why it is so popular. Compact dimensions and low weight are an advantage in orchards and sloping gardens.
