Piston — genuine Kubota spare part
What the part is for: The piston forms the moving floor of the combustion chamber and transfers the force of combustion to the crank mechanism. Wear is indicated by loss of compression, blow-by into the crankcase, oil consumption and loss of power.
How to check the part fits: Check the fit using the compatible models listed in the short description and in the product parameters. If you can't find your model in the list or aren't sure, send us an enquiry and we'll check everything.
What to replace at the same time: Always fit new piston rings and gudgeon pin circlips with the piston; with the engine dismantled, a new head gasket, new connecting rod shells and an oil and filter change are worthwhile.
