What to watch out for
- Ridge spacing and track width must match, otherwise the wheels run on the ridges.
- Choose the tuber spacing according to the variety and size of the seed potatoes — larger seed needs wider spacing.
- Prepared soil. Before planting, work the soil with a rotary tiller or harrows.
