Soil Cultivation
Soil cultivation and preparation implements for compact tractors — ploughs for ploughing, harrows for levelling and aerating, land levellers for grading terrain and arena graders for maintaining riding arenas. Everything attaches to a Category I three-point hitch.
The range is put together to cover the whole process: ploughing, breaking up clods and levelling, and preparing the seedbed. Rotary tillers, backhoes and lawn seeders have their own categories. Prices from 7,400 CZK incl. VAT.

Which implement for which job
The order of work is the same on most plots: first ploughing (plough), then breaking up clods and levelling (harrows, land leveller), and finally fine preparation for sowing (rotary tiller, or a lawn seeder). For maintaining tracks, yards and riding arenas, a land leveller or arena grader is enough.

What to watch out for
- Soil moisture. Implements compact and smear wet soil, and fail to break up soil that is too dry. Ideal soil crumbles when squeezed in your hand.
- Tractor weight. For ploughs and NVK land levellers, weight and 4WD matter as well as power — a light tractor slips under draught.
- Working width vs. wheel track. A harrow or leveller narrower than the track width leaves wheel marks.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a plough if I have a rotary tiller?
For a cultivated garden, a rotary tiller is often enough. For ploughing in turf, a meadow or a neglected plot, a plough is better — it turns the soil and buries the growth deeper.
What is the difference between a land leveller and an arena grader?
A land leveller grades terrain, tracks and delivered material. An arena grader is designed for regular surface maintenance of riding arenas, paddocks and show rings.
Will the implement fit my compact tractor?
The implements in this category have a Category I three-point hitch. The recommended power stated on the product page is what matters.
