Thermostat flange
What the part does: The thermostat flange forms the coolant outlet from the engine, and the radiator hose connects to it. A cracked or corroded flange leaks, leading to coolant loss and overheating.

What to replace at the same time: Replace the flange gasket and hose clamp at the same time, check the thermostat and bleed the cooling circuit after fitting.
