Thermostat Ø44 mm
What the part does: The thermostat with an opening temperature of 71 °C regulates the coolant flow and keeps the engine at operating temperature. Failure in the closed position leads to overheating, in the open position to slow engine warm-up.

What to replace at the same time: At the same time, replace the thermostat flange gasket and the coolant; check the upper hose and clips and bleed the circuit.
